Conditional Outpatient Benefits (COB)
The Conditional Outpatient Benefits (COB) program is designed to provide We Kongsi members with affordable and accessible outpatient treatment for specific common medical conditions. By enabling members to seek treatment without the need for hospitalization, COB improves convenience and promotes cost-effective care management within the community. The initiative also supports efficient resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and fairness of the program.
Common Medical Conditions List
1. Dengue fever,
2. Viral fever (cause by viruses),
3. Bronchiolitis and bronchitis,
4. Influenza,
5. Respiratory infection (for Member’s 15 years old and below only),
6. Infectious gastroenteritis and colitis,
7. Pneumonia,
8. Tonsillitis and pharyngitis,
9. Gastritis,
10. Urinary tract infection,
11. Mild Asthma conditions,
12. Sinus infections,
13. Minor cuts requiring stitches,
14. Sprains and strains,
15. Minor fractures,
16. Skin infections,
17. Ear, nose and throat (ENT) infections,

1. Consultation Fee,

3. Medical supplies and services (Equipment, medicine, laboratory test),

1. Non-medically necessary treatment,

Procedure and Process
• Clinic Visit for Diagnosis: Members diagnosed with one of the conditions listed above must first visit a panel clinic via our TPA network to receive outpatient treatment,

• Hospital Referral: If the member does not recover after clinic treatment or if the condition becomes life threatening (emergency), they may proceed to a panel hospital for further treatment. A referral letter from the panel clinic, approved by our TPA, is required,

• Direct Hospital Visits: Members who choose to visit a hospital directly without following the above procedure will be subject to a deductible of RM500.00 per admission,

• Non-Panel Clinic Visits: Members who seek treatment for common medical conditions at a non-panel clinic may submit the case details for reimbursement, which will be subject to approval.
Benefit Limit
Cost Limit: Maximum cost limit of RM1,800/year
@ RM300/visit
@ 6X times yearly
@ 2X times monthly for eligible items under COB. All eligible expenses will be shared within WeKongsi community.
Deductible : RM10 Only.

Program Conditional Outpatient Benefits (COB) direka untuk menyediakan ahli We Kongsi akses kepada rawatan pesakit luar yang mampu milik bagi keadaan perubatan umum tertentu. Dengan membolehkan ahli mendapatkan rawatan tanpa perlu dimasukkan ke hospital, COB meningkatkan kemudahan dan menggalakkan pengurusan kos penjagaan kesihatan yang lebih berkesan dalam komuniti. Inisiatif ini juga menyokong pengagihan sumber yang cekap bagi memastikan kelestarian dan keadilan program.

3. Bronkiolitis dan bronkitis,
4. Influenza (Selesema),
5. Jangkitan saluran pernafasan (bagi Ahli yang berumur 15 tahun & ke bawah sahaja),
6. Gastroenteritis berjangkit dan kolitis,
7. Pneumonia,
8. Tonsilitis dan faringitis,
9. Gastritis,
10. Jangkitan saluran kencing (UTI),
11. Keadaan asma ringan,
12. Jangkitan sinus,
13. Luka kecil yang memerlukan jahitan,
14. Terseliuh dan ketegangan otot,
15. Patah tulang kecil (fraktur ringan),
16. Jangkitan kulit,
17. Jangkitan telinga, hidung dan tekak (ENT),

1. Yuran Konsultasi,
2. Yuran Pakar Bius,
3. Bekalan dan Perkhidmatan Perubatan (Peralatan, ubat-ubatan, ujian makmal),
Perkara yang Tidak Layak Dikongsi oleh Ahli (Perkara yang Tidak Dilindungi)
1. Rawatan yang tidak diperlukan secara perubatan,
2. Bekalan dan peralatan perubatan tanpa preskripsi,
3. Barang untuk keselesaan peribadi,
4. Suplemen.
Prosidur dan Proses
• Lawatan ke Klinik untuk Diagnosis: Ahli yang di diagnosis dengan salah satu keadaan yang disenaraikan di atas mesti terlebih dahulu melawat klinik panel melalui rangkaian TPA kami untuk menerima rawatan pesakit luar,

• Rujukan ke Hospital: Jika ahli tidak pulih selepas rawatan di klinik atau jika keadaan menjadi mengancam nyawa (kecemasan), mereka boleh mendapatkan rawatan lanjut di hospital panel. Surat rujukan daripada klinik panel yang diluluskan oleh TPA kami diperlukan,

• Lawatan Terus ke Hospital: Ahli yang memilih untuk terus ke hospital tanpa mengikuti prosidur di atas akan dikenakan bayaran potongan (deductible) sebanyak RM500.00 bagi setiap kemasukan,

• Lawatan ke Klinik Bukan Panel: Ahli yang mendapatkan rawatan untuk keadaan perubatan umum di klinik bukan panel boleh menghantar butiran kes untuk tuntutan bayaran balik, tertakluk kepada kelulusan.

• Had Kos : Had maksimum tertakhluk kepada RM1,800/tahun
@ RM300/lawatan
@ 6X lawatan per tahun
@ 2X lawatan per bulan sahaja untuk kos bagi perkara yang layak di bawah COB. Semua perbelanjaan yang layak akan dikongsi bersama Ahli komuniti WeKongsi.
